These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Fluxentra Systems LLC website and the advisory services provided by Fluxentra Systems LLC.

By using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a proposal, or engaging Fluxentra Systems LLC for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or request our services.

Services Provided

Fluxentra Systems LLC provides IT systems consulting and architecture advisory services. Our services may include:

• Infrastructure performance audits and optimization recommendations
• Development of IT policies, operating standards, and technical documentation
• Preparation of architecture diagrams, reports, and written recommendations

The exact scope of each engagement will be defined in a written proposal, invoice, statement of work, agreement, or other written communication.

Advisory-Only Services

All services provided by Fluxentra Systems LLC are advisory in nature. We primarily provide analysis, documentation, diagrams, planning materials, and written recommendations.

Fluxentra Systems LLC does not guarantee that any recommendation will produce a specific business, operational, technical, financial, security, or performance outcome.

No Infrastructure Management

Fluxentra Systems LLC does not manage, operate, monitor, maintain, host, configure, or control client infrastructure, production systems, databases, cloud accounts, networks, user accounts, applications, servers, or security tools.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, implementation of any recommendation remains the responsibility of the client, the client’s internal team, or third-party vendors selected by the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information needed for the advisory engagement. This may include technical requirements, infrastructure descriptions, performance details, operational constraints, policy needs, and business objectives.

Clients remain responsible for all final decisions, approvals, implementations, vendor selections, security actions, operational changes, testing, compliance obligations, and internal use of any deliverables provided by Fluxentra Systems LLC.

Deliverables

Deliverables may include reports, IT architecture diagrams, migration plans, audit summaries, policy documents, standards, checklists, technical recommendations, and related documentation.

Deliverables are prepared for the client’s internal business use unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Clients may not resell, publish, redistribute, or commercially exploit Fluxentra Systems LLC materials without written permission.

Fees and Payment

Fees, billing schedules, payment terms, and project pricing will be stated in the applicable invoice, proposal, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice. Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension of work, withholding of deliverables, or cancellation of the engagement.

Confidentiality

Fluxentra Systems LLC understands that clients may share sensitive operational, technical, or business information during an engagement. We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information provided to us.

Confidential information may include infrastructure diagrams, system descriptions, internal policies, migration requirements, operational procedures, performance data, and other non-public business information.

No Guaranteed Outcome

Fluxentra Systems LLC provides professional advisory recommendations based on the information available at the time of review. We do not guarantee uptime, cost savings, migration success, performance improvements, compliance status, security posture, or any specific operational result.

Any implementation, testing, validation, or operational decision made after receiving our recommendations is the responsibility of the client.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluxentra Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of revenue, data loss, downtime, business interruption, security incidents, or operational failures.

Fluxentra Systems LLC’s liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
