This Refund Policy explains how Fluxentra Systems LLC handles refunds, cancellations, and payment adjustments for IT systems consulting and advisory services.
Because our services involve professional analysis, planning, documentation, and custom advisory work, refunds are handled differently from physical product returns.
Service-Based Nature of Work
Fluxentra Systems LLC provides advisory services that require time, expertise, research, analysis, communication, and preparation of custom documentation.
Once work has begun, fees may compensate Fluxentra Systems LLC for professional time already spent, even if final deliverables have not yet been completed.
Refunds Before Work Begins
If a client cancels before any work has begun, Fluxentra Systems LLC may issue a full or partial refund, depending on administrative costs, payment processing fees, project preparation, and any written terms agreed between the parties.
Completed Work Is Non-Refundable
Fees for completed work are generally non-refundable. Completed work may include advisory calls, analysis, reports, architecture diagrams, migration planning, performance audit documentation, IT policy drafts, recommendations, and other written materials.
Partial Refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has started but before completion, Fluxentra Systems LLC may offer a partial refund for the unused portion of the service fee.
The amount of any partial refund will be determined based on work already completed, time spent, project stage, administrative costs, and any non-recoverable expenses.
Custom Documentation and Reports
Custom deliverables such as system architecture documents, migration plans, performance audit reports, IT policy documents, diagrams, standards, and written recommendations are generally non-refundable once delivered or substantially prepared.
Cancellation by Client or Company
Clients may request cancellation by contacting Fluxentra Systems LLC. The client remains responsible for payment for work completed before cancellation.
Fluxentra Systems LLC may cancel or decline an engagement if the project scope is unsuitable, required information is not provided, payment is not received, or continuing the engagement is not commercially or professionally appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using a reasonable method selected by Fluxentra Systems LLC. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or administrative review requirements.
Payment processing fees, transfer fees, or third-party charges may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
